Laurence Peseski brings an exceptionally distinguished background to Coldwell Banker Commercial CBH along with significant career experience in Senior International Business Management, Customer Sales, Marketing and Manufacturing. Prior to joining the firm in 2003, Larry was employed at an International Specialty Chemical manufacturer for 23 years. For 10 of those years, he was based in Europe as Managing Director having responsibility for operations in Europe, the Near and Middle East and parts of Asia. Larry's experience includes managing an international sales force, manufacturing and distribution operations and oversight of acquisitions. He also has extensive personal experience of buying and selling investment properties, which allows us to provide our clients with highly skilled representation. He is results oriented and regarded as a highly experienced negotiator. He has the unique ability to effectively communicate with people on all levels and from diverse backgrounds and cultures, a skill invaluable in real estate - honed from his years working with people face to face around the world. Larry was raised in the Midwest, educated at Emerson in Boston, Massachusetts and has maintained a residence in Bucks County, Pennsylvania since 1989. His professional affiliations are: Broker Associate and Managing Broker of Commercial Real Estate Operations licensed for PA and as a licensed sales agent for NJ. Member of the National Association of Realtor's Member, Tristate Realtor's Commercial Alliance, Pennsylvania Association of Realtor's and Bucks County Association of Realtor's.
